Dina is an international oil and gas specialist, dually qualified in Egyptian law and international business law, with nearly 20 years of practice. Dina also studied French law and holds a master degree in international and European business law from Paris I- Sorbonne University.
Dina started her career as an arbitration case manager in CRCICA Arbitration Centre in Cairo. She engaged herself in the oil and gas industry as a full time inhouse lawyer at one of the leading Italian upstream companies, Eni, until heading the legal and compliance departments at RWE, a German multinational energy company.
She switched her interest in advising family business owners in the energy sector based in Egypt, such as Cheiron Energy and PICO Energy, and in Germany, BUTTING GmbH.
Dina developed extensive experience in oil and gas contract management and related projects, such as production sharing agreements, concession agreements, EPC contracts, joint operating agreements, operating service agreements, pipeline supply agreements …etc
Dina stretched her knowledge into diversified oil and gas related projects in the Middle East (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Dubai, Israel), Europe (Germany, Sweden, France, Norway), Africa (Egypt, Angola) and South America (Brazil).
Dina is a lead negotiator and mediator, she strives in leadership, decision making and an absolute dynamic results-oriented lawyer. She managed oil and gas related contracts ranging from USD 100 million to USD 3 billions.
She also sits as an arbitrator in related energy arbitration dispute.
Besides her career as a lawyer, Dina studied spiritualism and psychic sciences, she is a certified tutor trained at Arthur Findlay College in UK.
