Felicity is an Associate Solicitor at Avery Law, specialising in corporate law and transactional matters. She holds a BA(Hons) in Ancient History from Bristol University (2019) and pursued her legal education at the University of Law, earning a Graduate Diploma in Law (2020) and an MSc in Law, Business, and Management (2021).
Since joining Avery in 2022, Felicity has completed her training contract with the firm, qualifying as a solicitor in September 2024. During her time at Avery, she has developed a robust skill set and gained comprehensive experience across various corporate and commercial matters.
Her expertise includes advising clients on venture capital transactions, debt and equity fundraising, joint ventures, corporate governance, and sweat equity arrangements. Felicity is also well-versed in SEIS/EIS relief, enabling clients to navigate tax-efficient investment strategies.
Felicity also plays a key role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, providing comprehensive support across all stages of the process. She assists with drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, conducting detailed due diligence to identify potential risks and opportunities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
