Gaynor is a specialist employment lawyer, providing commercial and pragmatic advice to both businesses and individuals. She qualified in London in 2002 and has since gained extensive experience in the sector, advising clients on all aspects of employment law.

Gaynor is an invaluable employment law resource for any start-up or SME business, particularly those without an HR function. She prides herself on being available to her clients when they need her. Outside of work, Gaynor’s passion is triathlon. She has been a member of the GBR Age Group Triathlon Team for over five years. More recently, her head has been turned by the emerging sport of Hyrox.
